Playing tomorrow at this year’s FrightFest 2017, Voice from the Stone looks to be a period horror with a spine-tingling secret.

The plot revolves around nurse Verena (Emilia Clarke), who moves to an isolated castle in Tuscany to help a mute young heir (Edward Dring). The more time she spends at the castle however, the more she succumbs to believing there is a powerful entity in the walls – one that is bewitching the boy and taking a hold of her own sanity in the process.
