Wayne’s World was released 25 years ago today on 14th February 1992.

Many films get dubbed with the title cult classic, but none live up to that status in the same way Penelope Spheeris’ 1992 misfit hit Wayne’s World. Starring the lovable Mike Myers as basement dweller Wayne Campbell, and Dana Carvey as his strangely endearing sidekick Garth, the duo have firmly imprinted themselves on comedy film history.

Sydney Film Festival Launches 2016 Program
